1Do you allow vehicle drop offs?
Yes we allow vehicle drop offs by appointment only.
2What is the turnaround time on a repair?
Typical turnaround time is 24 hours, some wheels and specialty work will require more time.
3Do you repair 2 or 3 piece wheels?
Currently we do not repair any 2 or 3 piece wheels.
4Do you repair cracked wheels?
Yes we can repair up to (2) cracks on the inner side of the wheel. Not all cracks are repairable.
Please send us photos for a better idea of repairability.
5Do you offer a warranty?
We typically match the vehicles manufacture warranties and in most cases vehicle manufactures do not offer a warranty from the factory, thus it makes it hard for us to offer a warranty as well. We do not offer any warranty on cracked wheels.
6Do I need an appointment?
To bring loose wheels and tires in, no you may bring them anytime. An appointment is only required for vehicle drop off.
7Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes! However, to leave the vehicle is subject to availability. Loose wheel and tire drop offs are welcome up until 5pm. Anything received after the cut off time, we will begin work the following business day.
8What are your hours?
We are open Monday-Friday from 800am-530pm. We are not open on the weekends.
9Do you offer Saturday or Sunday pick-ups or drop offs?
We do not offer any weekend pick ups or drop offs.
10Where are you located? Do you have multiple locations?
We are located here. We currently have only one location, it is located at 2445 McIver Ln Ste 100 Carrollton, Texas 75006. Our door is on the right side of the building. Please enter the building through the front, please park in the front of the building.
11Can you change the bolt pattern or offset of wheels?
We cannot, we would recommend machine shop for any jobs involving a mill, or welding and re-drilling.
12Do you sell tires?
Yes we do, we do not keep an inventory but most tires are available within 1 business day.
13Do you sell OEM wheels?
Yes we do, we do not keep an inventory of wheels. Typically we can have a replacement wheel within 3-5 business days.
14Where will my vehicle be stored?
We have indoor and outdoor storage available. Typically we fill inside as first come first serve to allow us to be as efficient as possible. If you require your vehicle inside please alert us when scheduling an appointment. For outdoor storage, your vehicle will be under 4K 24/7 surveillance so it is safe and sound with us.
15Can you do bespoke finishes and custom colors?

16Do you repair or refinish steel wheels?
No we do not do any repairs on steel wheels. We can refinish steel wheels on a case by case basis. In most cases it is cheaper to replace a steel wheel.
17Do you repair alloy or aluminum wheels?
Yes we repair all kinds of aluminum or alloy wheel mixes.
18Do you repair or refinish magnesium wheels?
We do not repair, or refinish any magnesium wheels at this time.
19What size wheels can you repair?
We can repair from a 14” to a 24” we can only remove the tires from wheels 16”-24”. Wheels that are smaller than 16” need to be brought in without the tires. We do not repair anything larger than a 24” and we do not repair anything smaller than a 14”.
20Do you re-chrome wheels?
We do not re-chrome wheels in house. We used to mail wheels to the state of California for the re-chrome process. Due to COVID-19 we have stopped offering this service.
21Can you repair chrome wheels?
We cannot re-chrome, but we can repair chrome wheels. In the process of repairing chrome wheels, we run the risk of damaging the chrome. This is unavoidable when repairing chrome.
22Can you remove chrome from wheels and powder coat them?
Yes, typically we would mail the wheels out to have the chrome chemically removed and then upon receiving them back we can refinish in the color of your choice. Due to COVID-19 we have stopped offering this service.
23Do you offer mount and balance services?
We do offer mount and balance; we are not competitive in pricing when it comes to mount and balance. We do not allow vehicle drop offs for mount and balance; wheels and tires must be brought in loose.
24Can you repair or refinish ATV or Golf cart wheels?
We cannot make any repairs to ATV or Golf cart wheels. We can refinish them, however they have to be brought in loose with no tires.
